Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Paper & Framed Posters


All paper and framed posters are designed and produced by JB Designs GB. Due to their custom nature, refunds or returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect poster, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Dropshipped Metal Posters
Our metal posters feature original designs created by JB Designs GB but are produced and shipped directly by our trusted manufacturing partner. If your metal poster arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will liaise with the supplier to resolve the issue, including possible replacements or refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong item

  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping or customisation details provided by the customer

Process for Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will notify you when the refund has been processed.
