Shipping Policy:

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Paper and Framed Posters:
    All paper and framed posters are made to order and shipped by JB Designs GB. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–6 working days within the UK.
    International shipping times vary and will be communicated at checkout.

  • Metal Posters (Dropshipped):
    Metal posters are custom-made and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner. Production takes approximately 5–10 business days, with shipping times as follows:

    • UK: 7–14 business days after production

    • International: 14–28 business days after production

Please note shipping times are estimates and may be affected by demand or customs.

Branding & Packaging

  • Paper and framed posters arrive with JB Designs GB branding and packaging.

  • Metal posters are shipped in packaging from our manufacturing partner and may display their logo or business name.

Issues, Damages & Contact Timeframes

  • Paper and Framed Posters:
    If your poster arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address]. We will take responsibility for shipping damages or errors on our part.

  • Metal Posters:
    For metal posters, you must contact us within 36 hours of delivery if there is any damage or issue. This is required so we can promptly communicate with our supplier to resolve the problem.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all shipping and customisation information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, misspelled names, or other wrong details supplied by customers.

  • We do not cover damage caused after delivery due to customer handling.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied by their country.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, customs hold-ups, or production backlogs) can occur. We will keep you informed and do our best to minimize delays.
