JB Designs GB creates and sells custom and made-to-order posters, including designs for cars, music, and more. We are based in Birmingham, UK.

2. Products

​

  • All posters are made to order unless stated otherwise.

  • Colours and layouts may slightly differ due to screen display settings or print variations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

3. Orders & Payments

​

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

  • We accept payments through [insert your accepted payment methods – e.g. PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer].

  • You are responsible for ensuring your order details (e.g., car stats, names, colours) are correct. We are not liable for mistakes made by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary as each poster is made to order. Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 working days after approval and payment.

  • We only ship to UK addresses at this time (unless otherwise stated).

  • You’ll receive tracking info (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

​

  • As each item is custom-made, refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Cancellations are only allowed if the design process hasn’t started yet.

6. Use of Designs

​

  • All designs created by JB Designs GB are for personal use only.

  • You may not resell, reproduce, or claim our designs as your own.

  • We may showcase your poster design on our website or social media unless you request otherwise.

7. Privacy

​

  • Your personal info (email, delivery address, etc.) will never be shared or sold.

  • We only use your info to process your order, respond to enquiries, or send updates.

  • By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to us emailing you for things like order updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers or new product announcements.

  • You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by replying or letting us know.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, and designs, are the intellectual property of JB Designs GB. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Social Media Use

​

We may share your completed poster design on our social media pages (like TikTok or Instagram) as part of our portfolio. If you don’t want us to post your design, just let us know when ordering.

10. Age Requirement

​

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on our website. If you are under 16, please get a parent or guardian to order on your behalf.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

JB Designs GB is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages caused by use of our products or services. We always aim to provide accurate and high-quality designs, but we cannot guarantee perfect compatibility with all printing methods or frames not supplied by us.
